In 2014, my life was forever transformed by the arrival of my baby. What was meant to be a serene home birth turned into an unexpected hospital experience, in a foreign place, battling language barriers and a less-than-supportive medical team. But through HypnoBirthing and months of preparation, I found the power to navigate the unknown, advocate for myself, and embrace a vaginal birth — returning home just three hours after welcoming my child into the world.
Though it may seem like a victory, the journey wasn’t without its emotional challenges. It took me years to release the pressure I placed on myself for not achieving the perfect water birth I had imagined. That healing journey shaped me, offering deep insight into how I now approach birth and motherhood.
Today, I dedicate my work to guiding expectant mothers like you on your personal path. My mission is to give you the tools on how to trust your instincts, tap into your inner strength, and create a magical, deeply connected birth experience — wherever and however you choose to welcome your baby.

I am a mother, a dutch wife to an italian husband, a daughter to my mother, a good friend to my friends and hopefully an amazing daughter to the universe carrying out her reason to be on this planet.
My mission is to bring awareness to how birth is ‘done’ to women in respect to what birth actually looks like. Women are being completely forgotten when she goes in for checks. It seems that all that matters are the numbers and monitors, never about the mother carrying this new soul. Because the moment you learn to SEE women, all the importance of numbers disappears into thin air. When mother is fine, baby is fine. And this is something the medical society hasn’t understood yet.
